The staff was friendly and helpful. We both had warm bowls. We suggest something else. We had supply problems. They were out of my wife's favorite coffee. The men's room did not have paper hand towels. They kept running out of the lids to the most popular size of drinks. All and all and OK experience. I've been to better Paneras.

This is a good Panera. In and out for lunch, food hot and ready. Seems to be a well staffed location. Lost a star due to a lunch costing 14 dollars.

A little disappointed with this location. It wasn’t that busy but soup was a little on the warm side and facilities wasn’t that clean.
The chicken sandwich was also a mix of hot/cold. Wouldn’t recommend this location if you are a Panera Bread fan.

Rubbery small over priced chicken sandwich. Chicken noodle soup had exactly one noodle. My wife's chicken salad sandwich had one tablespoon of chicken salad on it. Cashiers were totally aloof and expecting a tip. Bathrooms were filthy.

Inside was a mess, not clean. A lot of dirty dishes unclean tables and messy floor. After ordering 4 different items due to not having the items on the menu and spending $32 for food didn’t even eat because it was bad. Brown lettuce must have forgotten the dressing. I ordered it with chicken and the girl said they were out however my husband ordered same and his had chicken. Definitely has gone down hill and won’t be be back.

Ordered curbside pickup. French Onion Soup was missing croutons and cheese. The half chicken salad sandwich had maybe 2 tablespoons of chicken salad and a softball size helping of greens. Had to go inside for spoons. Person who took phone order was rude. Not going back to this location.

Food is good. The cashier was very rude. The workers who made the food was talking about gaming and when I got home they didn't give all our food. Soup was forgotten. I should not have to check a order when it was not busy.

The staff was nice and we got our food in a timely manner. Giving a 3 star because the specialty coffee drink and hot chocolate we got was way below par. Both had no flavor and were watered down. I could not finish the coffee. The men's bathroom wasn't the cleanest either, can't speak for the women's.
