How do you serve this as a medium. I mean it wasn't even busy and you can't fill the fry container, and last time I came here a few days ago they lady was short with me handed me my food and walked away immediately ignoring me asking for some sauce. Won't be back

Been coming here for years, just showed up 30 minutes ago, 2 hours before they close and their lobby doors were locked with no special signage. Dude working the drive through who clearly just saw me started walking somewhere, I assumed he was gonna let me in. No he disappears into the back, after a minute a girl comes to start making sandwiches I knock thinking somehow they missed me. She ignores me, so I knock louder until I realize she's intentionally ignoring me. It baffles me why a fast food place would just ignore customers like that 2 hours before supposed close. I just want to know why?

I work around the corner so I come here every other week, sometimes once a week hehehe. Even when it's busy, the kitchen does a great job of churning through drive thru customers at a good pace. Everyone is always polite and the food is always hot and fresh. I definitely recommend coming here rather than anywhere across the street!

First visit Great, Second visit food was terrible. Both these visits I used complimentary cards issued to me for bad meals. I do not recommend eating at 12 mile Madison Heights and Livernois Troy Arby's . It's hit or miss food Simple Review

I enjoy Arbys and thats why I frequent this Restaurant! I'm addicted to the Turkey Sliders and the Chocolate shakes are YUM!! The staff at the window are always happy to greet and smile...they make an effort to make sure you are satisfied with your food order!!!

I find every time I come to Arby's I have a good experience. My only complaint is that you no longer serve your fish. I am very disappointed. It was very good and got it often. Please bring it back to customers who don't eat meat. Thank you.

Food is always hot and their mozzarella sticks are amazing and hot, love their Ghirardelli chocolate shakes they are so amazing, employees are always so nice there I highly recommend this location

I also had there jalapeno poppers and curly fries.
