Disappointed in this place, I ordered a vanilla iced coffee, got no flavor in the coffee, just iced coffee. The employees working at this location just made this location lose a customer I am not happy with the order I received. I paid for a coffee that was done incorrectly, now I feel like I was ripped off due to this location. I am never coming to this one again, I will go to a different location that can get my order correct.

March 5th at 9:52am - Online order submitted via the Tim Hortons app; took my money for the order. Drove to this location and the store is closed. Lights off in the store, no employees in sight.

This place is ridiculous! I just went in at 1:40 and was told they were out of donuts! Ok, then I'll get a sandwich.....NO! They stopped serving food so they could clean! They were very RUDE!! Argued with me!! I really don't know why I bothered! They are always out of things and the coffe is Old!! JUST NO!!!!!

Great place with excellent service. Always quick to serve customers. Very cozy seating area inside the store as well.
On a lighter note, I have observed a dead cockroach on their drive thru window for many years now. No one has bothered to remove it or clean it I would assume !

Food and coffee here has always been delicious. The only complaint I have is that I keep getting ice caps with chocolate syrup on the top and sides. They give napkins so I can clean it up, but it is still a bit annoying.

Place was clean. Bathroom was clean. Coffee prices much better then Starbucks. Food was great. Fast service.

Very poor customer service. After waiting an exceptionally long time we were greeted with hostility and an attitude that says "I really wish I weren't here right now". The employee's got my order wrong and seemed reluctant to fix it. The coffee was unusually watery for a Tim Hortons. Rated 2 stars instead of one because as always the interior was decorated nicely.

I wish I could give them zero star. I've been here countless times and almost always, my order has been incorrectly. I never feel appreciated as a customer, a hello is at the least they could do
