Einstein Bros. Bagels

I have never had a bad thing to say about this place ever but today made me decide that I will never ever order from this location ever again. I ordered two signature breakfast sandwiches and 2 cheesy hashbrowns. After taking a bite out of my sandwich I noticed the color green on the egg. Opened up the sandwich pulled the layers apart and sure enough there was mold all over the egg!! Felt like I was going to vomit. My husband checked out his sandwich because he saw mine and his was the same way! Only thing we ate were the cheesy hashbrowns. When you spend almost $10 on a single sandwich you expect quality not trash. Waste of money.

Worse service ever they refuse to slice and toast for me and i always get it slice and toast they wasn’t in mood i thing and they wanted to charge me 2.99 for each if they do it and the other one started to scream from there its a waste of time!!!! What??? This is your job sweetie I will never go there again !! I used to order a lot not any more sorry bad service bad customer service bad people!!!

People working here in the morning have very bad attitude. I walk in at 6.00am, first and only customer, 3 people in the counter make me wait for 10 min and say or ask nothing even after greeting them. After asking if they can take an order after 10 min, they look clueless and say they thought I was waiting for the manager. Why would I wait in front of the counter for 10 min for a manager? Can they not ask? The manager turns out to be the person who was looking at me two or three times earlier, then takes the order and I go home and find the order is messed up, did not add what I asked and paid extra for. If the first order of the day is handled with grumpiness and no interest to work, how is the rest of the day going to be? Hope the owners visit the place and see for themselves.
