Lately I have been using Uber Eats often as an opportunity to try new restaurants that I was not previously familiar with. Troy Sushi Ya is one of those new restaurants for me.
My order (ranked from most favorite to least):
- After Burner Roll: I loved the jalapeño slice on top and combination of shrimp tempura, avocado, and cucumber. This was my favorite roll.
- Habibi Roll: The tuna on top with the tempura crumbs was so delicious. The pieces of tuna were good sized and filling.
- Crunchy Roll: The crab salad in this roll was delicious and making me want more.
- California Traditional: Every time I order sushi, the California roll is a must. I look at it as a snack!
- Yellowtail and Onion Traditional: This was plain; there was not anything memorable about this that would make me order it again.
The prices here were a bit steep for the five rolls I ordered. Other than that, I am pretty satisfied with my experience.

Ninja Ramen is my favorite and I’ve only been served good food at this restaurant. Management does a great Job of ensuring the customer is satisfied, happy, & healthy. Compliments to the chefs who always make this a great experience for me.

I went there on Sunday for lunch, didn't have to wait to be seated. The food was really good, the waiter was very polite and price was right.
It is not 5 stars because the bathroom and the overall look of the place is a bit old and could use more maintenance.

The sushi at Sushi Ya is very good and the restaurant, is very clean. I had great service and there is more than enough room, Sushi Ya has many tables. They are also open on Sundays!

This is one of my favorite places.
Since living in japan, this has been the closest ive gotten to actual katsu curry taste.

I think it is not a quality of 30$.
cutting was not good and rolls are dried.

I’m giving this place a one star simply because of the sign on the door. It says bathroom is for paying customers only, not delivery drivers!
Delivery drivers are delivering THEIR food to THEIR paying customers! Very selfish!
Not a business I want to support. Also, the food was very basic. Nothing to brag about!

ordered carry out ramen. Food quality was not bad, but had the smallest ramen portions I’ve ever seen. Not much broth, two measly slices of pork, and a couple of tiny imitation crab pieces. Not worth $16 IMO.
