Jet's Pizza

Im very disappointed by my experience here. I ordered pizza for my Grandchildren and they are twins. However they have different taste. One likes pepperoni and the other likes cheese. Therefore I ordered a half and half. The cheese half didn’t have the cheese distributed as a pizza and more like cheese bread as you can see. I asked the store what can be done and they acted as if they couldn’t fix the issue without seeing it. Well now you see it on google. Nonetheless really disappointed by the customer service and options even when I asked for a credit. The meat side was good. I would’ve returned again but prob not.

My family and I were throwing a little get together at the house. We were all starving, so than we decided to order jets pizza. The person taking our order on the phone was very polite and patient. He gave me an estimated time for the delivery and it was on point. The driver was very nice as well, loved the experience and we all will continue ordering from jets.

Whenever I order Jets Pizza I always order from this location because the employees are always nice and the food is always nice and hot but today when I order from this location I was disappointed. I called at 4:45 and placed my order over the phone and the person who took my order repeated it back and asked if it was under a certain name and I said yes and was told that it would be 20-25 minutes. So I arrive to the store 30mins later to be told that they don’t have my order and I have the wrong location. Ever since I moved to Troy this is the only Jet’s I’ve ever went to and never had any issues. Then when I got back to my car I call back into the store and was again told they didn’t have my order and they could make it but it would be ten minutes. I appreciate them for offering to make it for me but the purpose of me calling it in was so it would be ready when I get there and after they told me that I had the wrong location, that’s when they should have offered to make my order. It was not until I went to my car and called back in that they offered to make my order. I will not be returning to this location for a while.
