I paid for more than 5 bucks for a drink and they can’t mix up the syrup and the espresso? Oh and I can barely taste any espresso in my drink too. Way overpriced for a below average drink!

Service was good. We we're there for a while but they were busy so it was understandable and they kept the line moving pretty efficiently. My Carmel Frappuccino was good but I had a sip of my daughters Irish Creme Cold Brew and I think I'll get that next time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The ladies working today were extremely rude and unprofessional!!! The only kind person working was the gentlemen on the cash register. Not only to me, but to the other customers they were giving unwarranted attitude when they made a mistake and would scream at customers. The lady with the blue hair was being extremely unprofessional and rude to plenty of the customers that day!

Very rude staff. You have no idea what people are going through and it’s heartbreaking to hear the staff yell and try to embarrass you in front of everyone in the room. The bigger woman with reddish brown hair in a top knot and the woman with the blue hair and a red bandana were rude to customer after customer almost as if it’s a competition to see who can ruin someone else’s day just because they hate working there.

The employees work very slowly. This is located in an airport where customers need quick service in order to arrive at their departure gate in time. The employees do not consider this service requirement.

As one who does keto as a lifestyle choice, it's very hard to go somewhere for coffee where you can choose exactly what you want in it AND its sugar free. The employees here are very nice and don't complain when I have a crazy concoction of ingredients in my coffee and I appreciate it more than they will know.

Starbucks has the absolute worst tasting coffee in all of the world. It tastes like somebody burned the beans and then roasted them in a sock. Most of the people that liked it are just there because Starbucks is always in your face when Tim Hortons is the real Champion. I can't stand the coffee, sometimes the staff sucks, and the food is usually gross.
