Nothing Bundt Cakes

You know, I love my local Nothing But Bundt here in Franklin, TN... I enjoy the taste and appearance of the cakes and think they are perfect for gifting and bringing to parties Every time I have been in my local store the employees have been courteous and go out of their way to help get our order exactly right. I am SO GLAD that, unlike the Troy Michigan store, the store in my area didn't hire a cowardly bigot like Khristina Vaughan. She says that she has been working w your store for quite a while. Has she displayed disturbing racist or bigoted behaviour before? Does she do things like this normally? As a woman of colour w $$$ to spend I feel that persons buying from your store should know what kind of ppl you hire. Just shameful.

Update 5/20/2022: After receiving a reply from “The Care Team” I went to the site they suggested to submit additional details as requested. To date nothing has come from my issue that I had with this location. Rating is based on customer service at Troy location. I received a BOGO coupon via email. When clicking on the coupon it took me to the NBC website. I placed an order for for 9 bundtlet cakes ($45) and completed the transaction. I realized that I neglected to use the coupon. On 3-26-22 between 12:30/1PM I picked my order and asked the employee if she could apply the coupon and explained the situation. The employee refused. For a free $5 Bundtlet cake coupon you have an unsatisfied customer.
