Breakaway is the best place to go for an awesome tasty sandwich & soup/chilli. All have been great but the Turkey Favorite is my all time favorite. Everyone where I worked would go there because it's the best. There are a million places to go in Troy but Breakaway was my favorite as well as many other people. I left there in 2008 & live in Holly so I don't get there as often as I'd like but hit it up everytime I'm in the area or in Rochester, driving down 75 etc. I've tried so many different places from Grand Blanc, Fenton, Holly, Clarkston, Waterford, Auburn Hills, Rochester, Rochester Hills, Royal Oak, Bloomfield Hills, Troy, Shelby Twp, Southfield and I'm sure a bunch of other places and have yet to find any place that comes close to Breakaway especially my Turkey Favorite. They are the best!

We stopped here for lunch. A nice corner deli. We ordered the daily special with the #8 turkey favorite, drink, bag of chips and a cookie. The flavor and size of the sandwich was excellent! We will definitely come back again.

Been coming to breakaway for 15+ years and it is hands down... The BEST. Turkey favorite or roast beef are my go to, but you can't go won't at this deli, awesome staff and awesome food to break up the work day at lunch.

Great food served up by one of the nicest staffs around! This is a personal lunchtime favorite for sandwiches and wonderful soups (plus more). 11/10 would highly recommend

Years ago used to live and work nearby and stopped here often for lunch. Was just passing through and stopped for lunch...guess what!!??...SAME GREAT QUALITY food and service as way back when. Give them a try and tip them well! They prepare food like it's for their own family. 💗💗

Fantastic place to grab a nice deli sandwich. The online ordering works great, so many options to customize your food. Pricing is extremely fair and the order is always ready for pick-up on time.

Tried the Turkey and coleslaw sandwich. Fresh - very good taste but a little light on the Turkey. It was not the thick layered deli sandwich I was expecting as the lunch meat was folded and rippled to make it seem thicker.
