Taco Bell

Great location in between 2 truckstops. Fast service and food is a consistent good quality every time I have been here over the past 3 years. The staff here are great. Bathroom is clean and the seating area is always clean and dry. However this place badly needs to be remodeled to a cleaner looking more modern version. There was a box in the urinal with sign stating out of order. There are also signs they may have had previous plumbing issues here as well. Not having to deal with sticky, wet crummy surfaces and hot sauce smeared on walls and other surfaces like some other locations is amazing. The atmosphere here is fantastic with low volume soothing melodies piped in and the fantastic positive vibes from the staff here. It was an energizing visit and a great start to my long day. Had this place been updated to a modern version as some locations have then this would of been 5 stars. But because of old out dated look and somewhat sketchy bathroom it's knocked down to 4 stars.

Just ordered two cheesy roll ups and a cheese quesadilla and if you could tell that cheese was not melted on them. I ask them not to put the creamy jalapeno sauce on the cheese quesadilla and they did it anyways. This has happened many times and the cheese is not melted. Not friendly all the time and then never answer the phone when you call to complain and you're almost home and not worth the time or gas to go back

This taco bell is pretty good, it's even a little cheaper than some of the others around here. If you are going to eat in or use the drive through check to make sure your order is right, for me they only have a 40% success rate. If something isn't there they always correct it quickly. Another Con, They are not open 24 hrs. Not sure why they stopped.

I rarely write negative reviews but their customer experience as bad as their parking lot! Being right along the main truck stop route at Troutdale, you would expect a busy location with easy access. The branch: Instead, the parking lot looks like something out of a halloween movie after a severe earthquake, tight with lots of jutting sharp angles, several foot high humps into deep potholes several feet back down (not exaggerating). Passenger trucks will have to do 4-5 multipoint turns, and family cars will have to watch their oil pans and the jutting curbs sticking out everywhere. Once i carefully made it to the drive-though unscathed (but shaking my head), i found an unusually limited menu for a Taco Bell. I ordered a beef chalupa - no tomatoes and 2 crunchy tacos. The attendant didn't pay attention and i repeated that i wanted crunchy not soft. Handed an extra tiny bag of food, i got on the freeway and proceeded to try to eat like normal. The food: What i found was all the food was soggy and extra soft and was wrapped extra loose compared to any other Taco Bell I've been to. Trying for the chalupa 1st, i found it was soggy, lukewarm, unevenly filled: All the sour cream was on one end and all the lettuce and most of the meat of the other side. After 2 careful bites, i tasted tomatoe, and the soggy thing ripped - scattering tomatoes and meat all over me, my seat, and center consul. Scooping blobs of meat and tomatoes that should be there off my clothes and out of my cup holder with my bare hand, i moved on to the tacos. The tacos were both soggy and undercooked! No nice crunchy toasted shell. Semi-raw, yet cracked and soggy. Hard to eat, and after the 1st one, i debated skipping the second. With the clear apathy of service and access, it's no wonder this branch feels like it's dying. No loss there.

Food was okay , for some reason it seemed like I was in a cigar bar. Food came out fast , got chicken chipotle melts that I believe have very little sauce and chicken is dry but overall it's taco bell what can you expect. Btw taco bell is my favorite restaurant and I've eaten in many places and this is by far one of my worst taco bell experiences ever and still wasn't bad
