Friendly's

Nothing friendly about this location! Ordered online. Went in to pick up my order. Stood there for a bit. Nobody came and inquired if I wanted a table or a pick up.. A young lady with her kid walk in and out of nowhere this old hostess shows up immediately walks over to them and tells me she will be with me shortly despite me being there before them but its fine. She goes to seat them and then comes to me to rudely ask me what I want. I tell her I am there to pick up my order. She seems irritated and I am not sure why. She walks to the back and then comes back and throws my items very rudely on the counter. I didn't say anything took the food, got in my car and drove to another restaurant around the corner where I threw their nasty food, ordered and was treated respectfully. Your staff, particularly the incredibly rude hostess who touched my food make me know I will NOT be coming back there. I would NEVER suggest or recommend this location to anyone.

Will not be returning but for ice cream. Spent $53 on food that tasted like it was microwaved. The sever asked if wanted a box of he. I said no he said you didn’t like it I agreed as the plate was basically full and didn’t offer to remake discount etc. The drinks tasted off and the fries were soggy. I would’ve preferred to stay home and eat cereal. Ice cream was the only winner here. Surprised they have 4 stars

Tried to eat here for dinner and ice cream but had 8 people so we were told they couldn't sit us together. I asked if we could be near each other and the Manger said no we would be far apart. I live close to this place and always use to come here and had 8 to 10 people and never had trouble. We get ice cream here often but not anymore. There were a few people in line in front of us and he was so rude and made everyone turn around and look at us. I left and went to Perkins who thank us for coming in and was very happy to sit us together. Extremely nice waitress very polite and very inventive made sure we had a wonderful dinner. Perkins got it right. Maybe Friendly's should take lessons because their name is deceiving.

Everything was good this was my first time here I didn’t get my servers name but she was really sweet she smiled and engaged in talking to us the food was really good I had the Philly cheese steak melt, and birthday cake ice cream with gummy bears the flavored teas are really good too thanks again guys 🙏🏼💜
