This place was previously shut down for a reason. It opened back up so I assumed it was under new management. First visit, extremely bad service. By the far the worst coffee and burnt croissant. Not edible at all so to the trash it goes. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

Sat in drive through for 20+ minutes
Stuck because you can't leave the line. Now late for our zoo trip.
Once we got to the window, the guy didn't know what to do. One person sadly doing everything. Some other girl just chatting away about a customer. Terrible training is what this problem is. This was always our go to place and now..... Nope! Wasted our time. Took time away from our family plans. You can not leave the line and it's so frustrating.
1130am-Noon in line. Maybe 6 cars infront of us....

SHOUT OUT TO THE ONLY LADY WHO WAS WORKING AND TELLING THE GUY TO GIVE US OUR FOOD! AND NOT TO FORGET.

You need to teach your employees how to actually make iced coffees, because every time I go in there and tell them exactly how I want they still make it wrong! It’s not that hard to follow directions

Seems like everytime I order from here they get it wrong😟. Would stop ordering take out from them all together but the app automatically chooses the store I get delivery from. Called to complain about missing a wrong items and have gotten attitude on multiple occasions

This place has turned around since my last review a few years ago! They deserve 10 stars. I noticed they opened back up a few weeks ago and finally went thru. There was 3/4 people working this morning 12/1/21 & ill tell you they all seamed to be working hard and doing there job. This was the best fast food i have seen in a long time and by far the best Tim H Experience. I want to say THANK YOU to the staff who is there working and actually trying to do there job not just being a body in a place. My Sandwich's and Tim bits were wonderful. Keep in mind they do have a limited but large menu!

Closes at 2pm regularly and pretty much anytime they want. Waste of commercial real-estate...this place needs to close and move on...you're not wanted in the city anymore 😒
