I’ve ordered a few times from them over the years, even my parents have. They’ve messed up like so many ordered of mine in a past few months. I ordered their steak and onions. Which I have ordered in the past it’s one of my favorite things to order from them. They got it wrong and when I called to complain the manager. Hung up on me. I didn’t get a refund at all, they’ve messed up burgers, they’ve even messed up pizza orders. Tonight ordered a Stromboli with ham. Got a pizza instead no toppings. And when they delivered it. Didn’t call. No I had to find out the hard way it was out there, my shake was left on its side. Needless to say I won’t be spending any money here again.

This restaurant should only sell French fries and 🍔 hamburgers because they can't cook anything right. If you order a pasta dish, or a fish dish do not expect anything worthwhile. It will be prepared wrong.

Ordered a pizza and it was pretty bad, it tasted like cardboard on crust, and for $19 they could’ve at least put some real cheese on there instead of cheese slices from the dollar store. They usually have good pizza but I won’t be back again, the pizza sucked and was way too expensive for what I got

This is their “cheesesteak hoagie with the works” when expressing this issue on the phone, the MANAGER and I were arguing for about 15 minutes. She laughed on the phone about it and told me to wait a day for the money to be put back on my card. Needless to say, i did go up to the place of business and she did not have the same attitude as she did over the phone. And I DID get my money back right then and there. This place sucks. First impression gone WRONG !

I ordered a chicken cheesesteak w/ fried onions & fries. The chicken cheesesteak tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill all I could taste was the oil and the grill. French fries was definitely cooked in old oil everything tasted the same. Lately pizza express has been falling off on the quality & taste of the food. Today was the worst. I called to complain the young lady was nice enough that was the best experience with pizza express. I’m sure my $ won’t be missed but I’m done.

Never will I ever eat there again smh.. use to be a good place now smh naa.. got a pizza slice to go and once I was bout to eat it I felt something sharp scrape my finger.. I found a peace of metal wire, deff not bristle scrub because it was deff harder..

I've known this place for almost a decade now and I've never seen them put out an ac unit it's extremely hot and uncomfortable in there I couldn't sit and wait for my food in peace, do better pizza express you made enough money already stop being cheap you have people working there you know where their sweat goes when it reaches the end of the their face??
