Dunkin' Donuts

Had a good first experience. However my second time I felt I was taken advantage of. I mistakenly bought decaf coffee which I thought was hazelnut due to the color and was in a rush my first visit. So I cam back the next day to return them with receipt. I was told they couldn't take food item due to covid, which was fair but then I was allowed to exchange them for regular coffee and k cups. Which is nice, but they put the ones I tried to return back on the shelves, so what was the problem with giving me a refund since they didn't have hazelnut? Couldn't have been covid. I left cause I didn't wanna cause trouble or make it awkward i like to avoid situations like this. Just surprised cause I heard them speak I think Arabic or something so I assume maybe muslim, and surprised they would treat a fellow Muslim or any human with such dishonesty and lack of understanding over money especially since islam teaches good buisness ethics. But regardless of if they are muslim or not, a human should treat a human fairly, it wasn't a crazy experience which is why I gave a 3 star but the deciet is sad. I guess money does change people. I probably won't go back because of this. I feel wierd. They did make a great hot latte though.

Dunking donuts on Nottingham Way in Hamilton has nice people working there but I just picked up my gf ice coffee in which there was suppose to be creamer in it and there was none and the coffee had to be the bottom of the pot cuz it was burnt...it's all that could be tasted !!!! Ma6 have to change stores.... not the first time order was messed up.

I went to get my self a drink at dunkin donut and the reason I rate this a 1 star rating is because there was this old man with white hair which was super rude to me and my family and I don’t appreciate I will make sure I will never go their again and make sure my family and friends don’t go their ether. He should be fired for being rude to the customer because I know for a fact I’m not the only one he was rude to.

Always mess up my mobile order. Do NOT order a strawberry refresher from here, because instead of getting a strawberry refresher, you get a drink of half tea half coffee, with NO STRAWBERRY IN IT AT ALL! This has happened the three times that I ordered one. Also I ask for a croissant bun instead of English muffin for my sandwhich, AND THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME A ENGLISH MUFFIN. It’s extremely frustrating and the staff just don’t seem to care at all.
