I'm not a big fan of Dunkin' donuts. However, the kids wanted donut holes so I stopped in Christmas eve morning. Donut holes were fresh, employees were helpful and pleasant, and I was able to get in and out with no problem...not bad.

Wouldn’t suggest this Dunkin to anyone. Coffee always taste burnt and diluted. Been like this for a while. Take your business else where!

Morning service used to be way much better. Lately it’s been poor and slow. I had to wait 10 min for an iced latte. Seems to be the machine that had an issue but the staff just mentioned to pull to the Side cause there was a delay. I understand is not their problem, but I also had to repeat my order again when I got to the window. Management should try better on fixing or changing the machine that makes the coffee for the latte, makes the store look bad, because it happens all the time.

I placed my order through the Dunkin app and I was charged 30 cents extra for whipped cream on my vanilla bean coolatta, got my drink at drive thru when picking up and there was no whipped cream so I stated that I was charged 30 cents extra for it so they wound up making a whole new one (idk why). Got my drink and drove off, tasted it and it was literally milk and ice. No vanilla bean flavor whatsoever. Turned around and got to the window to tell the girl and she rolled her eyes and didn't apologize or anything. Terrible customer service!!

Its ok. The general quality of.product is not an issue,, I just constantly have issues with getting the right stuff in my drinks. Sometimes its missing sugar, sometimes missing the flavor, sometimes espresso.
Coffee.is fresh, though, and the food.is on pat with other dunkins, I just wish they took more care when assembling drinks.

Coffee is good , but for some odd reason their “food” tastes / smells like plastic ? Idk very odd smell . I eat it but question it every time lol
