They are really spiteful here the manager always tries to talk to my wife in front of me and also they're very unorganized every time I tell them I want two orders of the $2 egg and cheese wrap they always give me one order and argue the fact that I never said I wanted to orders or that I didn't say I wanted any at all and then when I pull back around to get what I was supposed to get in the first place they gave me burnt food because they're mad and think that they were right even though I've recorded these actions they still don't seem to care this is my food every time they messed up my order and I told them they forgot to egg and cheese wraps this is what they give me instead of giving it to me correct they burn it. Or i find hair in my wifes chamomile tea smfh

This Dunkin Donuts was one of the worst that I've been to. The employees are rude. Also I ordered a bagel and 2 egg and cheese wraps, had to practically beg for more butter because the bagel was very dry and the wraps were only $2 and they definitely were over priced for how they are made lol. Half an egg and half piece of cheese on a wrap. First n Last visit

This place will get your order wrong and blame you for it. They ALWAY TAKE BACK YOUR WRONG ORDER. So my cousin and I took a wrong order and after he bit it, he saw it was wrong, so obviously we cannot return the order back, then I look at the OTHER order which was also wrong. So I go back and tell him about the order that we had and he blames us that we did not order correctly. There is no way that we did not order correctly because he asked us if we wanted anything else after our TWO orders already!! Sso we order in total 4 originally!! But they only gave us two orders and a drink. We noticed after we left. We come back and he’s MAD AT US!! because he said WE made the wrong order!! How!! Iiiif you asked US if we wanted anything else after two orders!???? So I come back and this little short Indian RUDE boy, (not then original one that took our order with a green shirt), is there with him and he lets us know that he gave us the wrong order but the short Indian boy, asks for our wrong order back, I give him back what we had left, which was the non eaten sandwich. So he says he can only give me a refund back for the sandwich I returned and not the ones that I did Order and had. I said no problem because I believe in customer service firstly before anything else. So just know if you CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!
