Great Wall Restaurant

Ordered szechuan pork last week. They must have misunderstood my order because what I got was szechuan onions with a few pieces of pork hidden in there. On the plus side, they gave me enough rice for three people! This is decidedly one of the best Chinese restaurants on George Dye road! Yesterday I ordered a pint of house lo mein. It was, without a doubt the most tasteless I've ever had. Sorry Great Wall, but I'm done coming here!

I'm tired of every single time I go in there for an online order they double charge me and something always has to wrong with my order I always order plain lomein and it has never and I mean never come with veggies and all of a sudden it does now and it's too late for them to do anything about it because I got it for dinner for my family. And we always find hair inside of the food at the bottom of the container. This place is so bad it's kind of disgusting.

We ordered lunch from here today and the shrimp were mushy in all orders of the shrimp w/broccoli and Mei Fun. I called to tell them the shrimp were bad and the man said everybody shrimp were from the same bag, so what do we want him to do and further proceed to tell me its our taste that were bad not the shrimp. I politely said you do not have to do nothing. If this is your attitude and customer service towards the people that spends money at your establishment you can keep your nasty food to yourself. I also sent an email to my coworkers who order from them often and told them what happen and several said they been stop ordering from Great Wall because the shrimp were no good and the rice tastes old. I had no idea since I don't order that often from this restaurant but never...again. Please be careful because the shrimp is hit or miss I guess and so is the customer service...just horrible. Three orders of food went in the garbage today!!

I tried this place based on the rating I saw on Google Maps but I have to tell you I was very disappointed. I ordered three items from the menu. I got fried dumplings chicken lo mein and chicken with cashew nuts. Everything started out good when I had the fried dumplings. They were actually tasty. Then I moved to the lo mein which was average nothing wrong with it but nothing outstanding. And then I got to the entree the chicken with cashews. There was no taste whatsoever. I was greatly disappointed. I wound up throwing away the entire portion that they gave me. It just wasn't good. I don't think I'll be going back. There are too many other options around town.
