We showed up at 8:45pm and they close at 9 pm. Sara and Nathan were working. We told them we had a Cuban sandwich at another restaurant and it wasn't good. They guaranteed this Cuban would be one of the best we've ever had and they weren't kidding. It was everything we hoped for and more. We also got the black beans and rice and it was delicious. We ended up getting 3 Cubans and the third we had this morning...reheated in the microwave and it was also damn good. Thank you Nathan and Sara for great food and being great people. Also, thank to the people from Minnesota...memories.

Fantastic sandwich and soup! Like a panini with delicious hot meats, spiced pork and yummy mustard. The bean soup was on point as well. Even the slight gruffness of the fellow who took our order was awesome. Definitely recommend. Split a 12", you'll be happy you did.

We split the 12" Cuban sandwich along with black beans and yellow rice plate. There was enough food for four of us. The service was good and the price was very reasonable. We are from out of town and would definitely recommend

Small, walk up store wiith covered outdoor seating. I had wonderful cheese sandwich; friends got soup & pulled pork. All was delicious.

Ordered “The Cuban” and got 3 dry ham sandwiches. Almost no pork, just one slice of salami, one pickle chip, very little sauce, and practically no detectable cheese. If I wanted a plain ham sandwich I’d have made it myself. At least the beans were good.

EVERYBODY KNOWS its the best place on the beach for a cuban. Be patient if there's a line, or trouble parking ... its THAT GOOD! So many happy times, sitting on the patio, enjoying the breeze, and the best cubans around. My favorite spot to clear my head and refocus my day, always brings a smile.

This is seriously the best sandwich I've ever had. I got the famous Cuban - the sandwich was big, the bread toasted, there was the perfect ratio of meat to pickle to sauce. The staff is incredibly kind and treat you like they've known you forever. It's like everyone's a regular there. The restaurant itself is well kept and very clean. Honestly if you're looking for a sandwich look no further. Their guava pastry is amazing too!

If you are Cuban the stuff potatoes are not like mom's but the Cuban sandwich is pretty decent. The atmosphere is fine prices are pretty good and it's nice that you could sit outside.
