Dont believe I have ever had a bad experience at this location. The crew always seem to be in a good mood & pleasant. Up until recently. I drive by here all the time and it looks like they dont want any business. Parking lot lights off every night, menu at drive thru always unlit and the main sign by the road never on. If ur gonna advertise that ur open tell 10pm it seems like u would want to look open? Made special trip down to buy dinner for family but, surprise everything is off and u cant rwad menu. Oh well, went somewhere else.

Wendy's has frequently been my favorite of the fast food restaurants. I find that the service will vary greatly between locations. Wendy's needs to invest in some customer care training for its employees because there are only a few employees who ever manage to say Thank you for choosing Wendy's, or even just a bare bones Thanks, This is why I only gave 4 stars.

The lady explained they were waiting on fresh patties for the sandwich. Assured me that everything would be fresh but would take a couple minutes. She brought the order out and included a small frosty for the wait and apologized again. Wasn't expecting the frosty or the apology was just happy to have fresh hot sandwich and fries. Great service this visit.

The crew were friendly. John was very helpful and Sara was extremely pleasant and full of smiles. The manager Faith had everything going quickly and her crew all seemed to be on task. The food was good. I dont normally eat at Wendy's but Im impressed with this location and will probably come back again.

Great food, good service. But the best part is the spacious dining area. If you have wheelchair bound friends/family in your group, they should not have much problem getting around the restaurant.

Good fast food option for heading north out of Traverse City. We had chicken sandwiches, fries, lemonade, frosties. Good quality all around. Only suggestion: ask for more lettuce on the chicken sandwiches.

We entered this facility and their was an extremely long line inside waiting to have their order taken. In no time we were to the front of the line. The employees moved at a very fast past without messing anything up.
