We love our Great Wolf Lodge Family!! We could go to closer water parks, but Great Wolf Treats you like Family!! We go at least once a year if we could go more we would!! No matter the issues you may come across they make sure your stay is superb. I love our GWL Family!! I pray for many more years of laughs, fun and family adventure!

The hotel is nice and the water park is fun. The floors could be softer as the harsh concrete hurts your feet after awhile. Really for me, the cost of Great Wolf and constant bombardment of things to buy or pay for really takes away from feeling like a place to vacation. I find the value of Soaring Eagle Waterpark to be much better as it can easily be half the cost and yet has all the same important features.

I was enchanted with this place!! You don't have to be a little kid to enjoy the amenities here. As soon as you walk in the door you are amazed by how it looks. It is incredible inside!! The water park is something every kid should experience once in their life. The staff put on little games for the kids and there is little gift shops and restaurants inside as well. Its truly an adventure to go here. Definitely worth it.

Just got back from a 2 day trip to Great Wolf Lodge with husband and our 7 year old daughter and 4 year old son. We purchased the pup pass and are so glad we did. We enjoyed the water park, breakfast, candy shoppe, story time, ice cream shop, Build A Bear Workshop and the whole place. We will come back next year!!!

Love this location! Clean, friendly staff, and great area. Traverse City is beautiful and has great restaurants/stores/activities. This GWL is large and stores have great selection of things. Pizza is good and lots of goodies in the dessert shop. Never had a problem when at this location. Stayed 3 times. Staff are helpful and very nice. Always a quick checkin and fun stay. Looking forward to coming back when it opens back up.

Went during COVID, as my family needed a break. Did a lot of research about how mang precautions they are taking, and how they're limiting guests. Overall, I thought the staff was kind and accommodating, and the place was clean. The food definitely needs to be improved, and I didn't think the Pup Pass was worth it, should've upgraded that. The arcade was nice, and they had staff walking around cleaning as we were there. Definitely overpriced, but what do you expect for an arcade at a hotel? The water park was great. Everyone working their wore a mask inside and they were cleaning while we were inside. Our toddler really enjoyed himself there. We will return in the future!
