Today was my first time visiting Big Apple Bagel. Waiting for my order one of the things that I noticed people there are fellow friends at 10am on a Friday. As I said, around a while, I noticed community at this location. I don’t know if it was the owner or one of the employees, but they were going around talking to everybody, gauging with them, seeing how their day was going it was quite heartwarming. One thing I can say for sure is that I’ll be back soon not just for the delicious bagels but also start to integrate myself into seems to be a great community of people.
Ryan, the owner, is an extremely passionate customer centric person. He is always cheerful and takes time to get to know each patron. His staff has a high bar to reach, but I've been pleasantly pleased with service there. The freshness of the products gets 5 stars as well. I've taken bags of bagels home and they were fresh every time.
The bagels are amazing! I love the breakfast sandwiches. The specialty coffee drinks are my favorite especially the white chocolate mocha! Everything is always fresh made, there are a million cream cheeses and kinds of muffins too! I get treated so well going there! Wonderful staff and the owner is usually there working right next to them, very friendly. Great people!

Best bagel place!!!! I am not from TC but when I come to town it is one of the few places I have to go! If I’m up for a week I could seriously eat it every day. It’s that good. I believe the man who usually works the counter is the owner. He’s awesome! Always upbeat and friendly. He’s also knowledgeable. Over heard him explaining cold brew to a customer the other day. You can custom your sandwich. I always get a thing of their honey cream cheese and strawberry to take with me! I also love their smoothies. Only complaint would be I wish they had larger sizes in the smoothies. And I wish they were open 24 hours a day lol.
Was craving bagels and decided to go here vs Bubbie's because they offered dine in.
I got a breakfast sandwich and the French toast one.
For the breakfast one, the bagel was pretty great and wanted to eat that by itself. The French toast one was too sweet for me since I did the cinnamon sugar bagel. I had to order savory cream cheese to balance out the flavor.
Prices were decent for both.
I recommend this place if you want bagels or bagel sandwiches. It's pretty nice.
Removing one star because they had no ketchup at all lol I really like ketchup on my egg sandwiches.
I've got to say, these are some of the happiest morning people I've ever seen. Even when I walked into pickup my order and had them completely double the order at the last minute, it was still service with a smile! Thank you for taking our last minute order to celebrate our Penske Pink Out day! Raising awareness and funds for the fight against breast cancer! Well done, BAB!
I attended at a time screeching children were present. So the atmosphere sucked. They have added gluten free products, but need to add vegan products to the menu. Otherwise, the menu is yummy, and, when quiet, a nice place to go.
First time customer here, I was super impressed with the friendly staff and the quick service. The lady working the coffee bar was really kind and made sure to ask specifics on how I wanted my drink! I’m excited to visit big apple again the next time I’m in town!
Their strawberry cream cheese is the best thing I’ve ever tasted. Paired with the cinnamon sugar bagel, it is pure bliss. I crave that strawberry cream cheese every second of my existence. The Swiss melt is a close second to the godly-ness of the strawberry cream cheese. The people there are really nice too. I would give this place 10 stars if I could but 5 is the max unfortunately.
