Had to wait for a table even though the rooms were almost empty. Be patient!! Noone wants to work...there is a staff problem everywhere. Our server was excellent, I hope she realized we knew the situation. But, listen, she was working with an excellent chef and kitchen staff...oh, that coconut SHRIMP.

At discount tire for tire repair in a snow storm. Went to next door to Red Lobster. The staff let me stay 6 hours during vehicle repair. Becca the Manager offered me coffee and a phone charger while I waited. I will return to this restaurant often because of their great customer service. Will also recommend the restaurant to others.

The food was amazing, and pretty well priced. I went with the classic 1 lbs of Snow Crab Legs, and was not disappointed. Our server was also amazing, was very patient with us and answered our questions. I could never be disappointed with a Red Lobster

Pretty good food and service. We had a large table which can be a nuisance but the server was patient and kind. They were also pretty attentive to us and came to check on us quite frequently. We each got a different array of items (I appreciate that we were able to take a box of the biscuits to go)

I came in for a buisness dinner with my service dog. For the Love of LU!! This is by far the best experience in a restaurant I've had the staff was diligent, the food was delicious. Being treated with dignity and respect by both the staff and the other guests Brightened my evening. Thank you red lobster for excellent food and your guests for respecting me and the Love of LU!! Exceptional red lobster!Brie took great care of us! She was right on top of everything: service, accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, personable!
The ultimate and the shrimp was super tasty the cooks did a great job the timing was perfect as well! Actually our whole experience started with the hostess warm and inviting friendly smile! The manager was on the floor and stopped by to greet us and wish my husband a happy birthday we thought that was super great!

Had my uncle's birthday meal here. Family of 8 people. Cheddar biscuits were delicious. So were the cheese sticks appetizer. Everyone liked their meals and the server michael was top notch. Thank you 😊

Okay okay you got me I absolutely love seafood!! The endless shrimp was bomb, highly recommended.. first time I've ever had Scallops and now I have a new favorite thing. I might have to get another job to support my new addiction lol. The food was amazing the waitress was a sweet heart and it was just an all over a great time.

Very pleased with our experience at Red Lobster today! Our server Darcie was knowledgeable and offered excellent service. Tia the manager offered exceptional service as well and provided us with more mussels as some of ours were closed. We are feeling very spoiled at the moment, and blessed with our experience.
