El Pollo Loco

Submitted online order for pick up at the Tracy Naglee location. Was told it would be ready by 2:02 pm. Arrived at 215 pm. It was not ready and had to wait 15 min for food. Finally, one employee was not wearing a mask and three others improperly wearing a mask. We do not plan to order or dine at this location in the future.

The food always excellent, but the order was wrong, I asked separate orders, they put all in one container, I asked to split, because covid they couldn't. I have to do it my self in my car the best possible way using precautions, at least they provided me gloves, also they forgot my 10 churros. Well I will never come back to this particular location. Please listen and repeat the order to ensure is correct the order.

Not to be a Karen but I ordered a double chicken tostada which is supposed to come with a salad sauce, avacado, and get this CHICKEN. Just broke this bad boy apart and I have no CHICKEN, avacado, salad sauce or rice anywhere. On another note I also asked for guac on the side, none of that anywhere either. There wasnt even any spoon of fork. That being said this is the first time this has happened to me at this place. Usually they do get my order right, and the workers are nice; but today im too salty to eat lol. Edit: The chicken on the side is chicken my mom gave me from hers bc she felt bad for me not getting any 😭

SUPER slow service. When they finally brought out my food and I took it home my order was incomplete. Not enough to warrant a trip back in today's world, but enough to feel ripped off. The food is ok, but not worth the wait and hassle. I try them once a year hoping to find a reason to like them... maybe in 2021.

They literally had me wait for 10 minutes in the drivethru so they can finish opening up. If your business hours start at 10am you should be ready before hand and not make customers wait. The drive thru attendant had told me to hold on for one minute and i waited for 10 and left without ordering food.
