We waited for our food in drive thru for 20 minutes. When we went to the window no apology and poor service. They forgot to give us a straw and an extra cup and creamer for my coffee. Hopefully, the do better.

What's the use of having a fancy soda dispenser thats has no diet soda to dispense?

Food was good. Customer service was very poor. After getting my food through drive through we found out that we did not get the syrup or salsa with our meals. Went in with a mask and waited for someone to acknowledge me. When they did I was only greeted with "what do you want?" Really. After only getting my syrup I asked again for the salsa. I was met with a stare and then she left and came back with my request, turned and walked away from me.

The sausage croissant sandwich I ordered seemed to be made earlier and sitting under a heat lamp. The cheese did not look fresh and the croissant bun didn't seem fresh either.
Overall though the taste of the sandwich was satisfying and I would recommend going there for breakfast.
If my sandwich was sitting under the heat lamp I would recommend you stop that practice and begin serving only fresh made to order sandwiches for your customers.

I eat 2 for 5 chicken sandwiches 2 for 5 and whopper and chicken 2x a week.. also 1.49 10 pc chicken nuggets gotta have them yummy

Really like this Burger King. Staff is very polite and our food is warm and fresh. There is a line so expect to wait over 15 minutes in drive thru. Typical during Covid time.
