I had to wait 45 minutes parked out front for an order with two items in it. I ordered a bucket of original recipe chicken and they gave me extra crispy. I do not recommend this location. Next time I will go to Manteca. I could have went there and back in the time I had to wait for my order.

This was the wrong decision to try this KFC. I drove up & entered, to my surprise there was no scent or sight of chicken. I ordered hot wings. Their chicken is kept in a covered metal box. As I walked out, the KFC employee stopped me indicating she shorted my order & corrected her error. Once in the car still no smell of chicken. Once home, I knew why there was no scent of hot wings, THEY WEREN'T HOT in temperature & not fresh. Here's a tip: Take pride in your job & product. DON'T SERVE FOOD UNLESS YOUR MOM WOULD EAT IT. No, I will never go back there.

1 star because we called on a order they said ital take 40 mins to cook the chicken we arrive a hr later call for our pickup lady on the phone said they'd bring it right out. 20 mins later I call back then they say go through drive through

Oh my goodness. 😥 What is this? Ordered a $30 fill-up and these are the chicken strips that were giving to me. I'm not sure if the cook was new or they literally just don't care, but this is not ok on any level.

Avoid the place if you want fried chicken just go to popeye across the street, food is bad after waiting 30 mins for my chicken. Are they even a fast food chain?? Very terrible.

Took a very long time even though I was the only customer in the drive thru in the afternoon and they only had 1 potpie. Service was average.
