Einstein Bros. Bagels

Their customer service is horrible. I literally feel picked on at times. After skipping my number I was patient, as sometimes they come back to previous orders. When I finally said something it was like all hell broke loose. That is just one of the many incidents I’ve had. I have had enough and will no longer be a customer there. Someone should remind some of their staff that a little kindness goes a long way.

We waited 45 minutes and our order number was never called. I asked the desk if the two bags on the table were ours and I was told that no, they weren't. I asked again five minutes later if our order had been called and they said yes they're the two bags on the table. So we took them, checked, and they were a completely different order than what we ordered. By that time, they weren't letting anyone order because it was past their hours, so we ended up paying $17 for absolutely nothing.

Nephatia was one of the rudest people I have ever met. This is clearly a place to get coffee and breakfast. I'm sorry if I wasn't all there before I had my morning coffee. There was only one person behind me there was no reason to rush me. The fact I was rushed my order was wrong and when I went to explain to another girl she went up to Nephatia and she was eyeing me the whole time, like I was in the wrong. The price was wrong but I didn't feel like fighting with a girl with such an attitude. If being with the public is something you had then get another job. Only reason I am giving 2 stars is because my food was okay.
