This franchise is Giving 7/11 a bad name. The guy Rueben (I heard someone call him that) was literally yelling and arguing with a customer because the sign for a same was in front of the wrong slim jims and when a customer asked which ones they were, he kept telling her she was wrong and told her to stop raising her voice when he had initially started the argument when she first asked which ones were on sale so she could switch them.

Every time I come in in the morning Karla or Carla is working and I feel as if she hates me for making her do her job. Horrible customer service and frankly I'm gonna spend my money else where if she stays here.
