If I could give 0 stars I would. The service was absolutely horrible. I placed an online order. Pick up time was at 8:10. After an hour past my original pick up time, my food is cold and doesnt even look appeasing. The side orders are burnt and are barely filled. My wings were supposed to have extra sauce. They are dry. The manager never once came to apologize or anything even after I asked for him. I will be contacting Corporate.

I went on a weeknight and it was totally dead inside. Quite a sad sight compared to what was depicted in the movies of the early 2000's. The waitress was unattentive and never checked on of I needed anything. I needed more water, and not once did she ever come back to ask. And it took about 15 minutes of waiting to get my check. Like she was trying to avoid interacting with the customers until the food was ready. The waitress just stood at the food window the whole time and waited for the food to look busy. The food was ok, but the service was bad.

We had an emergency and needed a place on a Friday night for a large party of about 50 on a Friday night. The staff and management at Hooters were more than accommodating and provide everyone with excellent service ,great food and keep smiles on the faces of everyone there. I had to come and review and encourage others to support their business. Thank you so much for turning our kick off event into a huge success.

As usual the Customer service & location of even popular franchise restaurants are predictably & terrible in urban areas. All it took was a phone call while I sat outside deciding if this was a good idea or not. Your better off spending that 20.00 at Books a million. Decided to eat at cheesy pizza across the street instead.

While the food is still good. The service needs to improve. My server seemed more interested in taking a break outside than serving me and the guys coming on duty behind the grill just curses unnecessarily. I was quite embarrassed for the lady patron that was sitting in the area with her young son. It just really disappointed me because this used to be one of my favorite spots but its lack of professionalism will have me going elsewhere.
