Fuji Buffet

Very nice location staff don't say much but are friendly. Quality of food sucks, selections are very basic. Price is good. Water taste like lead, no Ice cream today, fortune cookies are like bricks, food is dry , hibatchi area is messy. I felt like I'd contract hepatitis using handles to tongues. Won't go back!

Some of the food was good. (Plantains, Fried whiting, Bluefish, Flounder, Chinese donut). Cornbread/French fries/Broccoli I ended up discarding. I did a carryout. Be aware that the seafood price is more. I asked how much the carry out buffet was and was told 5.25/lb. However once I came back was informed about the additional charge for seafood..apparently 7.99/ pound. Cashier decided to charge 6.25/lb since I had only one tray and nobody informed me from the beginning. Would try again sit in buffet to sample what I like and then do carry out again. Cashier not huge on customer service in terms of politeness, greeting, goodbye but overall not too bad. I would visit again.

The interior is cleaner and more appealing than that of some other buffets in the Balto. area, but the food when I have gone as been average at best. During my most recent visit, the beef ribs (thinly cut, "country style") were so chewy that I had to take them out of my mouth and put them in a napkin. Other items were not exceptionally tasty.

There wasnt that much food to choose from the buffet bar and sushi looked old and tasted like they were refrigerated for a couple of days. And good luck finding clean dishes from dish rack near the food. We had to look for one. We were afraid to eat the sushi after first bite of sushi. The best thing i ate there was fruits. Fresh fruits. That was it. I wouldn't go back there. If i want to fill myself up with fruit i would rather do that at home than at the restaurant.
