I'm not sure how to begin to put a rating ? The young lady working deserves 5 stars beyond that whoever owns this location should have either told her to close the store been there helping her. She was the only person working and doing her best to take care of 10-15 people and many walked in and left. To her credit she never gave up . At least she deserves a huge bonus if she doesn't quit first !

The location was very clean and they also sold ice cream. However, the lettuce was not fresh which is the reason for the 4 star. The employees were very friendly.

on day of visit staffing was obviously less than adequate. A verbal interaction between the 2 employees was making the waiting customers uneasy. One couple turned left. There was screaming between the 2 female employees. It was an unpleasant visit and most likely our last

They had a sign apologizing for being short staffed and being patient with them that's understandable and was doing just that but there was 3 workers 1 was just standing there then got a call and walked off on the phone which turned out to be the manager. The other 2 was more so playing around and taking their time about doing anything and talking to each other rather then listening to whàt we wanted then ran out of mayo so just gave us mayo packets.

Does well with correct food orders, usually pretty busy location. Don't like the new sweet onion sauce mixed with teriyaki, but that's the subway headquarters/corporate. No one I've talked with likes it. I will reconsider my eating selection to another place more often due to this sauce change.

Went in on my way home from work. It's rarely crowded and the staff is pretty fast. I usually get a meatball sub or a cold cut combo. I usually go here when I don't feel like driving into Maryville. Townsend is a restaurant dead zone for locals. Only two fast food locations and a bunch of tourist priced restaurants. At Subway I can grab a quick sandwich at a fair price. This location has pretty good ice cream as well.
