Winchell's Doughnut House

I went in the morning and was genuinely disappointed with the customer service. The lady who was mopping kept telling me to step aside. The iced coffee was not what i asked for and when i asked for a straw it was harshly put on the counter with attitude, as if im supposed to magically have my own straw 🤷🏽‍♀️. The bagel was also burnt. I could continue listing cons but ultimately it was the lack of good customer service. I will not be returning to this location

So. The donuts are really yum but what upsets me most is that Everytime I go here I want to order a licuado or chilla drink, but they NEVER have any of the flavors advertised! They literally only offer 2 flavors. Strawberry or banana. They NEVER have Guava. Ever. It's most annoying. Also, the workers here... These ladies are unfriendly! They should SMILE & WELCOME Thier customers.
