This place is soo good. Although handels is good the customer service and creative creations here blow every other ice-cream place in the area out the water. Definitely recommend this place !

Terrible experience. My ice cream was already partially melted when they were mixing it. In addition, I got a fudge topping and they barely put anything into the mix, I asked for just a bit more to make it a passable serving. They obliged and they charged me for 2 toppings!

Unfortunately this Cold Stone has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman double charged me, when I tried to tactfully work through it with her she raised her voice. Furthermore, she restocked the toppings in the middle of our visit. There is one down the road, I recommend going there instead.

By far the worse Cold Stone I’ve ever been to. I ordered online (for National Ice Cream Day) and thought my order would be ready at the promised time. To my surprise, I was told to wait in line. Needless to say, my order wasn’t ready after waiting in line for over 30 min. It was only 2 people working and both seemed very overwhelmed.

Always slow. The guy never has a hat on while he is making the ice cream. I ordered 3 love it size and got 3 like it sizes

Bought a quart of their signature ice cream mixture. She didn't even fill it to the top. Hadley's is much better. I complained on their website, she did call me the next morning, but didn't apologize. She told me to return the ice cream and she would refund my money. Why not offer something, instead of wasting ice cream and losing a customer forever?

The man with Dreads (Wears Cap to cover hair) is extremely rude rushes you when ordering, does not hand you your money back drops it on the counter. Been here a few times EVERY time they give you less ice cream than the cup can hold it doesn't reach the top. I will not be back to this cold stones again.
