Great Starbucks with super friendly staff located in a mall on Crenshaw. Lovely relaxed shop with inside and outside seating available. Usual choice of great coffee and a great selection of sandwiches and snacks. Service was excellent and really stood out. Definitely recommended

Slow as hell!!!! 4 people that came after me left with their orders and I was waiting for a venti drip. It was an easy order and it still forgot it until I asked if they where brewing a fresh pot. No it was an old pot ready to pour.

This location is on the corner of two major cross streets and has a drive-thru. All the great selections you have come to expect and the staff are super friendly and courteous.
The only negative here.....is that it's "super" busy. And yes....all Starbucks are busy during certain hours, but this one seems to stay busy constantly. The staff are moving quickly, so it's not a lack of effort....actually, their good nature probably adds to the reason this location is so popular. Just be prepared to wait a little longer than normal.

Very rude and slow
Came in and was needed a minute and after I changed my mine cashier was rude and impatient and unprofessional

I placed the order online for the first time, and was too excited so instead of nonfat I ordered a 2 percent mocha. When I got to the store I apologized and told the barristers that I needed a non fat mocha. And in a click of an eye, my non fat mocha was ready, so perfect and mouthwatering. The barristers went extra mile to make sure my drink was great and I am safe while waiting for my order
