Carla was super helpful and kind! Amazing customer service! I didn't catch the other gal's name but I chatted with her a bit as I was paying and she was also very laid back and nice. Good vibes and overall just a really pleasant experience!

This store stole merchandise from me. They assisted me in trying on shoes and I left my hot topic bag on the side of the bench. Left for 5 seconds realized I had left them and the employees didn't even acknowledge that I had come in and tried on shoes. This place in unprofessional and gave us the run around about contacting security.

Well I'm looking for a pair of Doc Martens and it's not too many places in the South Bay have them. I heard that Journeys had the best selection. I haven't been in the mall in Forever, the clerks there at Journeys are Simply Fabulous not only were they very knowledgeable about my shoes but they helped me find them the store it's almost closing time I know they wanted to go home they helped me out and I got my shoes I'm happy and they were did nicest Clerks probably in the whole Mall.

the actual vans store doesn’t have the styles i’ve been wanting only for sizes 3.5 and up, i’m a size 3 which is still a lil big but i like my shoes a half size bigger, they should have all their shoes in all sizes because some people’s feet stop growing quick like mine for an example. this place has so many good shoes for my size! also the vans store the shoes would be like $65 here it was $45 !! love you journeys ♥️♥️
