Sonic Drive-in

I normally love this location. Unfortunately the app wasn't working so I did order at a stall. We were ready to order and I push the red button she says order when you're ready... Wait? Huh? I pressed the red button because I'm ready to order. I had asked to add chili to my sonic cheeseburger 🍔 which I'm aware that it's an extra .99 she says "Chili on a burger?" Yes ma'am chili on the burger 🍔. I get all the way home to something I've never seen before. Whoa, wait, did I just get chili juice? If I'm paying nearly $11 for a meal please don't shortchange me. I wouldn't do it to you. I'm serious about my food. I love Sonic even worked at Sonic but this I don't accept as a loving faithful customer.

We ask for more napkins. They said they are in sack. There is one napkin in the sack for two people. Ask for ketchup twice before getting it. Then, we needed mayo so went up to door and was yelled at to stay outside. Then, after waiting, they say they are out of mayo. This Sonic is one of the worst I've ever been to. Customer service is awful. Food was ok nothing to brag about.

I *used* to go here maybe about twice a week. Yeah they get drinks right usually, but the last several times I have tried to order a single food item it was incorrect 6 out of 7 times. I have payed for food I did not order, I have ordered things that I didn't get. Is it a big deal? No. But I tried every time to go back and ask simply for the food I ordered or the extra money I payed back; I was dismissed entirely, or the employee(s) I asked to make it right were rude enough I simply gave up and left. Pay your staff a liveable rate and maybe it would change, but for the time being I will go to McDonalds 1 mile away because they can make a McChicken correctly 🤷

My onion rings were un-eatable and my chicken sandwich was cold. My wife’s cheeseburger had no cheese, was Luke warm no tomato. The tatortots were overcooked and possible made the day before. If we hadn’t had to go to a baseball game I would have returned the entire mess. Instead it went in the trash.
