Sonic Drive-in

Worst service I've ever had. Rude no staff! Close the place if you can't service. I waited a hour. Not one person came to the left side of the parking lot. The food was cold and awful when I did get it. When I asked for sauce I waited again. The manager said we are busy trying to get the other people's food out. Very rude!!

The customer service we received yesterday was terrible. After handing us an ice cream shake in a cup that IMMEDIATELY broke apart in my wife's hands, the server just stood there and watched the ice cream dribble down my wife's hand, arm and eventually into the car through the open window. When I asked her for napkins (can you imagine watching this and then waiting until you are ASKED to go retrieve napkins), the server said "um. Well. It's just that I'd have to go back inside to get them." I shouted "please go get some napkins!" And then she walked away. WALKED. And she didn't return with napkins in the 90 seconds we waited for her to do so thereafter. I do not plan to return to this Sonic location and I would discourage others from doing so. The food is good and most of the servers seem very nice, but I'm unwilling to gamble on whether or not I can expect a bare minimum of urgency when a cup that was clearly already defective explodes all over me.

Went around 4 pm, they were semi busy. The food came out in about 10 mins but was COLD! Then they forgot the cheese dip and had to bring it back out. When you spend money on food atleast make sure it’s hot people! The poor girl who brought out the food was complaining about management “barking orders” and being “rude” to her. Needless to say, sounds like y’all need an adjustment!!
