Dunkin'

I do not blame the workers at Dunkin' Donuts, I blame the company that doesn't pay people a livable wage. That's why it took over 20 minutes for me to get a simple iced coffee but the workers got my order wrong. Again, I don't blame them, if they were paid a livable wage of $20-25 an hour they'd have not only enough people so I wouldn't have to wait 20+ minutes for a cup of coffee, but maybe they'd be more willing to get it right if they're being paid what they're worth. I'll likely hold off on coming back until Dunkin' employees unionize like Starbucks employee's are beginning to, unions ensure that people get what they need to actually survive and thrive. Also, Dunkin' food is not good, if you want a good donut that doesn't taste stale go to Daylight donuts.

Do not use this store, Do not order online. Ordered on their APP for in store pickup, but doors were locked, They can’t retain employees it seems Their parking and drive through situation is inefficient. You can’t park in their lot because of improper lot design. I am done with this store. Now there is a lot of red tape to get a refund

We waited about 3 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that we were there while at least 5 employees were standing around talking by the drive thru window. We finally got service and then found out they were out of most doughnuts, out of most of the breakfast sandwich items, out of milk, and only had 2 orange juices left. The doughnuts we did get were sub-par. My wife and I then each used the restrooms and we were both appalled at how disgusting both restrooms were. The floor in the men's restroom was sticky and visibally dirty. The sink was filthy and I would not have touched the toilet even if I had to. There were urine stains all over it and the inside was dirty as well. Most porta potties are cleaner than these restrooms. All the while, the 5 or 6 employees were standing around talking and having a great time. At that time we were the only customers inside, so they were not busy. Will not be back and I hope a health inspector shows up soon because they might get shut down.

The fact that they have remained open and are literally the only place in town where you can get coffee and donuts all day, you deserve four stars simply for the effort to remain open. Thanks Dunkin, you regularly satisfy my weird craving times and have never disappointed me. Keep doing what you do.
