Cici's was so good a couple years ago. Now when you go there are barley any pizza's at the buffet. If you special order one you better have good ears and eyes because they just set it up there. The pasta has always been gross and still is. I always loved to have dessert there. The cinnamon rolls are pretty good but I was looking forward to the brownies. When I went they never had them out. The employees were nice but tons of horseplay going on. Management has went downhill from the looks of it.

Would for sure give zero stars if that was an option. Person at the register overcharged my friend, charged her 11 year old as an adult. Then had an attitude with us when we asked her to fix it. Our table piled up with plates, they didn’t once take old plates off of our table but made sure to get the table next to us. One of the employees also went to the back door & let in four guys and they got to eat for free!

They have a variety of pizza or you can get one made that you like. It's inexpensive for all you can eat pizza. Their dessert pizza is great, as are the cinnamon rolls! If you want a quick bite to eat, that's inexpensive this is a good place to go.

This review is about the good heart of the employees here.
Our special order of veg pizza was cooked to perfection and served in our booth. The staff were nice and our evening went pleasant. When my kids were about to go wild at the play area, we rushed out Leaving my phone with the attached wallet at this place. Realizing this after about 30 mins, Completely flushed called my phone from my hubby’s and I was blessed enough to get it back from Cici’s staff. My sincere thanks to them and such actions really do restore faith in this world.

The pizza is fine for the price. It's good place for events and or large gatherings. The variety of pizza is good. Best get the fresh pizzas. Don't expect fancy pizza but a good affordable place to eat.

A year ago this place was horrible and it still is. Even at the $3.99 price it is NOT worth it. Food was dead in the line, was told we had to wait 20 minutes for fresh pizza and staff was rude. Restrooms were dirty and soda machine was disgusting. There was 7 employees just kind of walking around. Nothing compared to Roeland Park CiCis. I'm rather travel the hour!

The brownies where undercooked or wherebt prepared properly. They tasted like nothing but raw eggs and oil which made me sick. Thier pizzas are alright still a little on the raw side though. I don't suggest eating here unless you want to get sick.

We have always loved Cici's in Louisiana and thought we would stop in to the Wanamaker location when shopping after moving here a year ago. We had to wipe down our own table, thankfully I had baby wipes and clorox wipes on me. The coke was broken and all that came out was bubbly water. We had to wait 15 minutes for pizza when we first got there and managed to get two slices for my kids, then another 20 minutes to get more. The lady who greeted us never made eye contact, was very rude, and basically threw my card at me. This place was discussing and full of people with nothing at the buffet. Waste of $40.
