Today was the worst experience I have ever had with any Sonic. I usually have no problem ordering my chicken wraps. I am allergic to cheese so it's nice that I don't have to specify and double check that the wrap doesn't have cheese on it...WRONG. Today I went around 11:30, purchased two chicken wraps, and drove to Washburn for my classes. Low and behold one wrap was filled with cheese. No problem. Called up, said I was at school, woman on the phone said I could return with my receipt anytime today to get it fixed. She would be off at 4pm but she took my name down. I got out of class at 5:20, got to Sonic around 5:30, began to explain in the drivethru that my order earlier was incorrect, that I am allergic to cheese, that I woman took my name down and told me to bring my receipt. They would not fix it. They claimed no female managers were on duty earlier and leaving at 4, my name was not in the log book, and that I needed a promo code. Finally I said I will never be returning, pulled up to the window to show them the receipt, at which point they decided to call another manager to confirm whether I had been there earlier. I finally got my corrected wrap. This is ridiculous. It shouldn't have happened in the first place and the chaos to get it fixed was absurd. I worked fast food through high school and we ALWAYS logged down customer complaints and made SURE to help a customer EVEN if the log book didn't have something so long as the customer had their receipts. I won't be back to this location for 1) concern for my health and 2) the horrible customer service.

I decided to get a hot Dog, it was tough and hard. I've got the Sonic Blast several times recently and I'm not sure why they use the bubble lid since there's been no whipped cream or cherry as in the pictures and short on shake.

I ordered online. When I arrived part of my order came out. They said they were out of the rest of my order and I could either order something else or get a coupon, that they could not give me a refund. I was in a hurry to get to work and couldn’t wait and ask for the coupons. Then they returned and said they put my name in a book for the items. I could get them next time I came in. Easy way for the company to make 6 or 7 bucks. I’m sure they won’t be able to locate my name when I return.

Ordered on the app. Pulled into a stall and checked in on the app. After a while screen said order was on the way. It never came. If they are going to close drive in service and direct everyone to the drive thru before actually closing they should shut off mobile ordering at that time too. For Topeka to be one of the busiest Sonic markets in the nation their stores have trash customer service practices.

Drive through was VERY slow. Probably would've been quicker pulling into a spot. They messed up my order as well but fixed it without issue.
