I've been wanting to try this newer donut 🍩 place. But between traveling for work and living in Lawrence, I hadn't made here until Friday. They're mostly cleaned out by the time I got there around 9:30. I wanted to try the basic glazed donut anyways and got a cinnamon roll as well. And I understand what the fuss is all about now. Very tasty, fresh, cooked just right and right amount of icing. The cinnamon roll was for my mom because she'd stated recently that she was craving a good cinnamon roll. Well I had a job to go to, but dropped off a donut and the cinnamon roll. Told her I got cinnamon roll for her. Well when I came back by she'd eaten half of each. 🥴😳. When I reminded her the cinnamon roll was for her, she let me know that I didn't specify that the donut wasn't for her. 🤣😂. Needless to say, she liked them both. Definitely will have to go back, albeit a little earlier to see what else is available. And get two separate bags next time 😜 Oh and they have something similar to Kolaches that was pretty tasty as well.

I've eaten donuts from Florida to Texas to Seattle. Recently had the chance to stop in and try Paradise donuts. As a native North Carolinian, home of Krispy Kreme and Britt's Donuts (Carolina Beach since 1939) –two of the most awesome donuts anywhere, I have to confess that the Paradise Donut (basic glazed) is the best of both worlds...it's light (like KK) and chewy (like Britt's) and better yet, bigger than the others! Glad to know can have the best of both worlds...right here in Topeka! (The cinnamon roll was awesome as well!)

I tried the cheddar sausage roll and the jalapeno cheese sausage roll. They are like a cheese brat baked in a croissant. I also bought a chocolate sprinkled cake donut and a plain blueberry cake donut. My favorite was the Thick maple glazed donut. Can you hear the angels sing, "🎶YUM🎶"? They also have coffee with a variety of mixed flavors. If you are wanting a sweet-tooth carb fix. Stop by for a little taste of Paradise.

Best donuts on Topeka. I'm a retired cop, so I know my donuts. Fast service, great selection and friendly staff. They also offer B&G, will have to give this dish a try.

Great little donut shop that actually has a variety of donuts to choose from. I was particularly impressed with the selection that was available late in the morning. I went there around 10 a.m. and was surprised to see full racks of donuts to choose from. Most donut shops would be closed or have minimal items to choose from this late into the morning, but no paradise. The folks had fresh donuts and fresh coffee. This has become my new go to spot for coffee and donuts. The owner is awesome And very friendly just like his staff. I hope they stay in business for a long time to come.

Service was pretty slow for lunch. I'm guessing they do most of their business during breakfast times. The Philly Cheese steak sandwich was excellent. And their fries are crinkled and crispy. Overall not a bad little lunch spot.
