Disappointed. Not clean. Nobody took away our plates despite almost no visitors. No grill. Found hair in my salad. Mood is going down…

Everyone always talks about how great this place is. I do not agree. I suppose if you like seafood then it's alright but I am personally not a fan. The soda was off tasting and so was the sweet and sour sauce. My boyfriend and I agree the food and the restaurant itself looks amazing. The service was also pretty good. The waiter refilled our drinks promptly. Other than that we still not be eating there again

The food was great just a few years ago but the service sucked now that they're not as many customers the service is better but the food is well, dried out like the rice was crunchy, the hot and sour soup is very salty and yet somehow watered down at the same time. The desert are looked fine but we didn't stay that long. But like I said back in the day the food was good hopefully it will be again some day.

I used to really like eating here. My out of town family and my in town family decided on Ling’s tonight. We had to leave after looking over the buffet. We had plates in hand. The wontons were hard as rocks (for real) the soup had to have been there all day and never stirred. This was at 6:30 P.M. Sunday, they do close at 9:00 P.M.
The food had not been replenished, maybe for the entire day, seemed everything was so old. For the Mongolian food, raw beef and chicken etc. not covered just sitting in the open and maybe 4 people in the restaurant at this time. It upset me that anyone would think feeding customers this food would be okay. I personally believe it would be harmful.
Just be sure to look over any buffet entirely before filling up your plate.

It has gone downhill some. The last 2 times my daughter & I had dinner there, they were out of things & it took a while to get them back on the food bar. I like the Chinese dumplings & they are always out it seems when I go in there plus I like the Chinese mustard & the last couple times I was in there, the mustard looked days old....had a crust over it. In other words, after we left, we had some words between us about our dining encounter.

Quality can be a bit of a mixed bag. Expect lots of options but you may run into freshness or temperature issues depending on timing or day of the week. It is serviceable, but there are better options.

When first got here food was cold and over cooked, and had no flavor. Krabmeat Rangoon was lacking in the crab department, should have just called it cheese Rangoon, and the size wasn't anything to brag about. The music was good and relaxing, and water with lemon was good as well except I never got a refill.

Excellent Food. Very clean and organized. Absolutely every type of Chinese food you can imagine. I ate so much had to lay down at home and roll on the carpet. Gosh it was so good. We live 40 miles away and will be back soon.
