Topeka's premiere soul food restaurant. The turkey rice, yams, chicken, fish, greens, EVERYTHING is a must try item. Sweetie Pies better watch out!! The servings are plentiful and the staff is very friendly. You must come and try the food. They cater too!!! Again, the food is so good you will never want to leave. Authentic soul food!!!!

I have eaten here several time and it is simply the best chicken around. Better than Stroudsburg and Brookville hotel. Their pork chops are really good also. The people that work there work extremly hard to make your visit the best it can be. If you haven't tried it you should.

Authentic the atmosphere is vibrant welcoming, authentic and you can't really say that about any soul food places. Made from scratch a 6/5 every time would recommend best place in Topeka always with a smile

I had a few different people recommend this place to me and it did not disappoint. Both the fish and the chicken were crispy and delicious, the prices were good, and the service was fantastic.

Legit homemade fried chicken. The crazy fries are fire. Guys are cool as heck as well. Definitely the top spot in Topeka for crazy tasty chicken. Prices are very affordable.
