My fiancée and I often stop by here for dinner after work. The food's always fresh and delicious! The free ice cream is always a plus, too. My only complaint is that the drinks are a little overpriced (though they come in a big, reusable plastic cup you can take home).

The sun rises and sets, and Dickey's BBQ is guaranteed to screw up my order. It does not matter how much time has passed or how simple the order may be, Dicky's is GUARANTEED to screw it up somehow. Dine in? Carry out? Delivery? Dickey's will mess it up for you. Half the time all I get is gristle. I have not had a single positive experience at this place in 5+ years, nor have any of my refunds or discounts ever gone through after waiting for over 15-30 minutes most times to even speak to someone. I have been given emails, customer service numbers, corporate numbers, you name it. Nobody ever answers or replies to an email or voicemail even after weeks. This place legit has the worst customer service of any business I've ever experienced.

Everything was fantastic! Brisket was tender and flavorful, sides were all delicious, even the Cole slaw, not too sweet or tangy just perfect with the meal

Absolutely the nicest people work in here! The two ladies were on top of everything. They had the place so spotless you could eat off the floor. Very good food. I had the two meat plate with bbq beans and potato salad. Everything tasted great as I hoped it would. The sweet tea was on the money. Just a great lunch all around. I will definitely be back soon.

A change of pace for fast food, but it was still fast food. The brisket sandwich was good. Coleslaw and beans are a nice break from fried sides. Meals weren't priced too high but they stick it to you on the drinks. Overall it was an ok experience.

The McDonald's of bbq burnt ends not burnt and sauced looked like just cubed point not much smoke on anything so smoke ring this is not texas pit bbq and gives texas.a bad name

Our whole family loves Dickey's. Personally I think their turkey is the best. We usually get one of their family meals. The BBQ baked beans are another staple when ordering. But really, the turkey!! The kielbasa is also yummy. My youngest likes the macaroni and cheese. We go about once a month 😁
