Red Lobster

Food is still good, service is still good. Alcohol was great. Prices are on the high side. However, I feel the quality of the food was worth it. I went in the middle of the week and found that it wasn't to busy. Was seated right away and didn't have to wait long for the food. Service was good with friendly staff.

Brian is a phenomenal server. Mom had lobster bisque which was delightful. Brian guessed it perfectly. He suggested getting the pound and a half of Crab legs and he was spot on. The only thing I couldn't finish were my french fries, but no worries. I can get fries anywhere. But fresh seafood in Kansas is hard to come by. Good old Red Lobster has it down to a science. Great food! Fresh and delicious!!! Lobsters 🦞 are sweet and made just right!!! The Steak is well cooked on my preference, the clam chowder is great! The Scallops are my favorite!!! So tasty and delicious… It is our Second time here and it’s been our favorite so far since our kids moved.. The staff are very courteous and knows their food 🥘

We went in at 8:00, no wait and it took 10 minutes and still no waiter. Although 4 waiters were standing around the front desk. We moved yo the bar but I still asked for the manager. It took 6-8 minutes for him to appear. We decided we were probably better off to go to Olive Garden next door where it took 30 seconds to be waited on. I know it's hard to find good help lately but thus was not acceptable. We have been to other Red Lobsters with great service. Don't waste your time at the Topeka Red Lobster. (At least not on this day!!

First time at Red Lobster in over 5 years. My family and I had an outstanding experience. The server was attentive and patient. The restaurant was clean, the tables weren't sticky and the atmosphere had a nice, cozy feeling to it. To top it all off, the food was excellent. Didn't have room for dessert though 😃

We were seated right away because they were not busy. However, we waited at our table for over 15 minutes without seeing our server. My husband had to go find one and found out the server didn't know we were seated. Our biscuits didn't come out until after our food arrived at the table. The lobster tail was rubber, the mac and cheese was powdery, and the steak was tough. Our server was very slow and after all of the troubles, we never got any compensation. I will not return and I will let my friends know that Red Lobster is not what it used to be. No thanks!

Our server, Brian #1, was patient and delightful! (Little things like warming the mug first so my 89yo mother's tea would stay hot longer means a lot.) We discovered the 10 lunch options, priced at $9.99 - entree with 2 sides, and of course the sinful/yummy biscuits. We were in town two weeks in a row and ate there both times. We love the coconut shrimp! Update: visited again when in town. The price is now $11.99 for the lunch coconut shrimp + 2 sides. Still a great value, and delicious! And Brian #1 (who trained Brian #2) was a pleasant and attentive server as always!

Took 15 mins after sitting at the bar to just get a menu... later asked for a specific drank.. I then was telling the bar tender what it entails as I was doing show she interrupted me and said I know I'm looking it online...My ("opinion")mind you... Your phone is as dirty as money. She then informed me then she's charging me per shot no mixed drank.. discount.. no effort plus I'm a server and u never ever interrupt a customer..... funny it was dead at 8 on a Friday I wonder why.........!!!!!!
