Arrived home to find my orange chicken to be a huge petrified mass. Hard as a rock, inseparable gross. Eww, won’t be supporting this business again.

Wow! Where to begin. It’s lunch hour and panda has pretty much no food prepared. We waited 25 minutes for our order. The place is full.
Lack of organization.

I wanted to set the record straight. There are lots of so-so dining options in the area, and this Panda Express had some iffy reviews.
We loved it more than anything we've had in the area. The food was very good. The service was excellent and the Covid precautions were much appreciated. We will be going back within the week. The only halfway minus was that the rice was from a different supplier. It was more a basmati or jasmine rice than a true sticky rice, but it still tasted good.

Until Panda changes their mask policy for employees I can no longer give a higher review. It's time to change and get back to business as a community of smiling faces including employees.

I generally have a pretty good experience, but the ordering process is not intuitive at all (Nothing is labeled in context of the menu!), and most dishes I prefer are not always prepared. I've also gone a few times and found the veggies to be oddly soggy, like it had been frozen and thawed a couple times..
But I started coming back a few months later and it hasn't happened since.

A great alternative to the row of burger joints! The orange chicken is a guilty pleasure. The staff is always quick and pleasant. Much faster than McD's down the street!

Worst Panda I've ever been to. Who runs out of Chow Mein, and doesn't already have more cooking until someone requests it? These guys! Good thing Cafe Rio is across the way. Better off going over there.

They are always nice but this is the last time i eat here. This is the worst panda Express, the food is horrible. My orange chicken plate had a ton but my shrimp plate barely had any shrimp. Another plate had beef and broccoli, it was all broccoli and maybe like 3 silvers of beef. But again most importantly, the food is just horrible. Very disappointed.
