After waiting for 10 minutes while they helped the drive through I, the other walk in patrons, got our food. The girl at the counter was very nice. Seems like with 10 people working that they could service both the drive through AND those that make the effort to come into the store. Anyway, I get home and open my $13 dinner and it looked like this. Yikes! No QC???⁴ Most went into the garbage. Bummer. KFC was once a great place where families could get a great meal at a fair price.

They seem to be trying a new thing where their menu is in a worse state of decay each time you visit! Upon mentioning this I was informed that their online menu is "Mostly accurate." However this isn't a problem if you already know what you want!

Did not have chicken for sandwiches at 6pm on a weekend. So we got food from the Taco Bell menu, and this food was very disappointing. Beyond 5-layer burrito was sad, not nearly enough filling (compared to other stores), it was put together very sloppy, and the flavor was blah. This store has really gone down in quality the last couple of years. I would not recommend

Never had a problem with the mashed potato bowl or biscuits before, so don't know if this was just a bad location or a one time experience. However, the mashed potato bowls were half filled and the biscuits were dry and we ordered 4 and got 3.5 🤷♀️

Terrible service. They always give you the wrong order, nothing is fresh. I’m allergic to guacamole and when told not to put it on the order, they do. I will never ever come back. For heck sake, they just threw the order with fries in the bag so they are all over the place. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Oh ya, no dining room

It cost us $27.89 for two combos. It cost $27.19 to sit down at Virgis for two people to eat Mexican entrees. Eating at Taco bell is like charging ribeye steak prices for ground beef now. It's just not worth it.

Service takes forever. The lines are always ridiculous. They always forget my sauces. During my last visit I even asked where the sauce packets were and he said they are inside the box at bottom of bag. Turns out he was false and once again no sauce packets. Smh

Overall good food, just service can be slow at times. Prices have been going up for less stuff but that's everywhere due to inflation.
