The food was pretty good here. The people were friendly, but the sevice was kind of slow. We were 2 people for lunch on a weekday, not many customers in the restaurant, and we were there for an hour and a half. To be fair, one person had dessert. Prices were good. The restaurant was very clean.

Order 2 meals for $24.00 which consists of Salad buffets, 2 entrees and Shared Desert. I devoured my ribs meal.
I had a wonderful experience this past Friday night! (3/8). Savannah was my server and she was phenomenal. She was dealing with some very difficult people near us as well but still made sure to give our table attention and make sure we were taken care of. On top of that, the food was great and a good price for everything we got. Overall a great experience and I would absolutely dine here again (especially if I can get Savannah!)
Ruby Tuesday, like most chains, has good and consistent food. However they messed up this last visit and did not bring out the sandwich that I had ordered for almost an hour. By the time I got my sandwich we were done eating and I sent it back.. Good News though. The manager recognized the mistake and did not charge us for anything. Due to his actions I keep this restaurant at 4 stars. Mistakes happen. Recognizing them and making amends separates the good restaurants from the bad ones. This is a good one.
While we had called ahead for reservation due to funeral, they had nothing on the books. However they quickly got the tables pushed together and had us seated in about 5 min. That is the loss of star. The food was good and service was nice.
Is offering outdoor dining during the pandemic. The outdoor area isn't huge but we were able to get a table no problem. It was a very sunny day and there wasn't much shade, so I would recommend sunblock if outdoor dining. The food and service were good; Ruby Tuesday is definitely on the higher end of the chain American restaurants. Understandably there was no garden bar, but there are bottomless salads on the menu.
Savanna was my server and amazing is an UNDERSTATEMENT! She was so attentive and amazing despite being super busy. The food was good but my server made it all the better. If you go, definitely request her. Sweetest girl ever, if I come back I will be disappointed if she isn’t my waitress.
Went with my friend, we LOVE the service there, Jared and Stephanie are our favorite waiter and waitress! I love the salad 🥗 bar. My friend had the shrimp and pasta and I had the steak 🥩 with onion rings and hush puppies... VERY GOOD! 😄
Great service, fresh salad bar with lots of choices, decent food. Really enjoy this Ruby Tuesday. Our waitress, Christine is so sweet and was very attentive even though she was also working the bar. Manager Cindy is a gem.
Food is really good and server Savannah did a great job. Been to RT over the years and happy with meals. Mixed drinks always weak..not a full shot. Wine good.
