Beautiful place! Good food, they control their spices & they make Indian style pizza which is delicious. Servers are polite and fast. Table set up is fancy for the price on their menu because it's cheap compare to other Indian restaurants around the place. Absolutely recommend this place

The mango drink was super concentrated for me and I diluted it with water and was even better.
The gentleman that waited on us was very attentive and took good care of us. I highly recommend this amazing eatery, you will be satisfied 😌.
Food was good, gravy tasted different for different sabzi. Most great part was Naan, it was freshly live made and not that thick...loved it.
Quantity was bit less but not by much and service was not constant but no complaints

Indian food can seem intimidating, but not here. They will make suggestions based on what you like and you chose how spicey you want it. They give you an appetizer tray with 3 types of sauce. Very flavourful and lets you know what can expect. Each was delicious. The main dishes were great..I mean really great..like going back three times in one month great. Truly enjoyable, trust your hostess, she has NEVER steered us wrong. You will enjoy the exotic flavours.
Love Aamantran! I have been coming here for years. Lee, the owner is the the man! His son, who is just as nice and attentive, will be taking over eventually when Lee (unfortunately) decides to retire. Anyway, the food here is outstanding. They will adjust the spice level to what your preference is. I always get the Gosht (lamb) Pasanda at a medium spice level. The lamb is extremely tender and flavorful! It comes in a creamy cashew nut sauce which is out of this world! I also love the saag paneer(spinach and cheese cubes). Soooo yummy! Make sure you either get the garlic, chili, or my favorite, Peshwari naan. It’s stuffed with dry fruits and dates. It’s the perfect balance with the spice from the entree and sweetness with the bread! Finally, make sure you order the Mango lassi because it compliments everything so good! Enjoy!

- We were at first concerned about going here given some of the reviews and comments. That being said. We loved it so much the first time that we went back a few days later. The service was great, everyone was friendly, staff made suggestions and were very accommodating. We will continue going back as we have loved the food and flavors of all the dishes and appetizers we tried.

I had a fantastic experience here this past weekend with my friends. We were looking for a good Indian restaurant in the Toms River area. None of knew that there was an Indian restaurant in Toms River. I feel very lucky to have found this gem on Google and deciding to bring my friends for lunch. Even though the kitchen closes at 2:30 pm for lunch, the owner was very accommodating of seating us at 2:15 pm. We ordered the veg platter as an appetizer and mysore masala dosa, malai kofta and dal makhani with garlic naan and onion kulcha as our entrees. The entrees came with a generous portion of rice. The spice level and flavors were crafted perfectly. The aroma and freshness of the food were amazing. The onion seeds in the red onion chutney served with the appetizer and on the onion kulcha truly enhanced the flavor of the dishes. The mysore masala dosa served with sambar and chutney was fantastic. It is hard to find Indian restaurants that serve both Punjabi and South Indian dishes that are authentic. This was one of the best meals we've ever had. The owner was very charismatic and social, which took our dining experience to the next level. I highly recommend this restaurant and plan to go back next time I am in the area.
