Ridiculous. Few employees so ordering on the computer screen kiosk is a must. No option. Cups? Think again. If you ordered a large like we did, too bad. You get a medium cup. If you ordered a small, good news! You get a medium. If you ordered a supreme taco as part of the package, too bad. You get a regular taco. Want a clean table? Again, you guessed it, too f-ing bad. Clean it yourself.
We sat as far away from the "kitchen" as we could and yet could still hear the employees dissing the owners and other non-present employees; and complaining about the work of a kid who was supposed to do one thing, apparently attempted, and failed miserable by the accounts of what we heard.
It's a bad choice to go to this particular Taco Bell. There are other fast food options in the area. Pick wisely my friend.

I placed an order through their app. I sat in the drive thru over 10 minutes before I realized nobody was inside and the place was not open. This was at 11am on July 2nd on a Saturday morning. Are they shut down for good? Did everyone quit? Luckily I was able to cancel the order through the app.

Went through the drive thru, it was quick and Elizabeth was incredibly cheerful both during ordering and checking out. So nice to have a wonderful interaction at 9 at night!

Waited in line for 20 min because the drive through employees friend was in front of us. Then he proceeded to hand him a vape to smoke on the job, he was so stoned that he forgot some of our food 😔

Got my order wrong the first time, went back in, and they got it wrong again. I ended up eating the food they gave me and it was very good. Just wish they would have gotten my order right.

Stopped by today 3/16/22. Very rude guy with tattoos at the window. Basically threw my card and food at me. Never said one word. When asked for a straw he rolled his eyes and grabbed a straw then threw it out the window!!!! Very disrespectful. Food was okay though.

Who ever y’all have working today December 19 @ 9:42 AM in the drive thru is an amazing person. Thank you so much for making my day better with these delicious crunch wraps. That was the best I’ve ever been treated or welcomed at any Taco Bell, so I think she deserves a raise, to be put on Santa’s nice list, a fist bump, a lambo truck, and to always have a great hair day.

They were out of large cups and didn’t give a discount. Also didn’t mark the different drinks on the cups and they were out of Nacho Fries. It wasn’t a great experience.
