Amazing food and service! We go here almost 3 times a week sometimes & have tried almost everything on the menu! The chicken soup is the best I've ever had! Tacos al carbon chicken or beef, SO GOOD!! Have to give this place a try!
El Chaparro is one of the best Mexican Restaurants I have eaten in. Always went to the one in Magnolia and was saddened when they left, so now we go to the one in Tomball. Their food and service are impeccable. Kudos to all of the staff. You will never go home hungry or disappointed.
Great Mexican restaurant in Spring/Tomball TX area. Went in for early dinner, late lunch, and we were not disappointed. Nice, fresh food. Tostadas were fresh, jo was tasty for starters. We ordered enchiladas and Pollo loco. Pollo Loco consisted of a breast of chicken, ham, avocado and cheese with Pico on the side. It was like We went during Happy hour and I had a decent sized margarita. I'm sure this place is busy during dinner time and weekend. A must try.
We've dined here several times and have also done carry out. When dining in we've had exceptional service every time. Online orders were not working and some phone orders have had wrong items. The food is excellent - fish tacos, beef fajitas are our favorites. Definitely try the Cadillac Margarita! They could use a little music/entertainment to sweep five stars.
The poblano enchiladas were great! Picked out by the waitress too so they know what they’re talking about here.
The sopapillas were fantastic as well! Come eat here and you won’t regret it
Seafood enchiladas with shrimp and crawfish. I like this location a little better than the one on Gosling. Slower and more quieter. The staff at both locations are great and the service at both locations is wonderful. We keep returning. We’ve been to both locations several times in the past few months and everything we’ve had has always been excellent. You should give them a try.
They were very accommodating to our party of 7 and they even threw a little birthday surprise for my friend

The food was amazing!!! I had the stuffed avocado with fajita chicken. The food was delivered to our table hot and tasty. Everything tasted delicious 😋 The margaritas were good, but the food was on point.
Most delicious Mexican food! We have tried MANY other Mexican restaurants but nothing compares to El Chapparo. Not only the food is great but the people and the environment is very welcoming. Drinks are delicious and bar tenders are very helpful on what to order. The 3 ladies behind the bar are awesome at their job and very nice to speak too! We mostly go to the original but the second one is very good also!
We had beef fajitas for lunch. The food was really good. The waitress Skyler was very friendly and checked on us frequently.
Food was pretty good, atmosphere was basically a sports bar, which wasn't great. Service people were so kind and considerate, they did great.
Always a good experience. This is one of our main go-to places. Service is good and food is always good, at least up to this point.
